Hi and thank you for this information – relevant and useful for me now we have ‘staycation’ and schools are out for summer break – I shall bookmark your site so that I can check for information on UK holiday ideas – I think I will enjoy the walks in Thetford Forest, I can’t do the height thing 🙂 Ola

  2. This is a great information, thank you for sharing it. I was not aware we do have such wonderful places, even with a zip-line. I would like to repeat my previous experience with it-I totally enjoyed it.
I see there is a Go Ape in Woburn, as well, which is much closer to me. I really hope it is lovely as the Norfolk one seems from your review. Thank you!

  3. Hi Damon,

I think Thetford Forest in general sounds like a great place to be, but the Go Ape experience is something that certainly appeals to me.

I’ve have always had a slight fear of heights (or probably moreso of falling off something), but this has never stopped me from being off the ground.

In fact, I have history of competing in obstacle races, so I’ve certainly climed many ropes, trees, and clambered over cargo nets.

So, you could say Go Ape is made for me.

I must admit however I have only ever been on one zip line, and that was the one on Brighton beach, during a friend’s Stag Do I should add. Suffice to say, I can’t really remember much about it.

I can definitely see there’s a lot for me to do here. Another great review Damon.

    Thanks
    Partha
